All Flutter Projects Get Stuck Loading JetBrains Toolbox

Starting last night my main Flutter project would not open and gets stuck loading forever when opening from the JetBrains toolbox. I uninstalled both flutter and dart from intellij. This allowed me to open the project. After reinstalling flutter and dart the IDE prompted me to restart and the project reopens and is able to run in the web emulator. Then after closing the IDE and attempting to open the project again from the JetBrains toolbox, the IDE gets stuck loading forever. This applies to all of my Flutter projects, even ones I have not opened in a long time. Everything works fine if I open intellij ultimate instead of opening projects with the toolbox.
