Analyzer and Format on Save

Issue

Dart analyzer runs in a loop, never stopping.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enable "Format code on save" from the Flutter tab in Settings.
  2. This causes the Dart analyzer to loop continuously without stopping upon a save.
