Out of the Blue

Steps to Reproduce

So as the title suggests, it came out of the blue. All I did was open Android Studio and select new project this was the first and only thing that opened. The application appears to be functioning properly other than a yellow pop up window that tells me Sync is taking a significant amount of time to download dependencies.

Version info

Please paste the output of running flutter doctor -v here (available from the command line or from Tools > Flutter > Flutter Doctor). It will provide the version of the Flutter framework as well as of the IntelliJ plugin.
