Launching chrome takes very long time
Steps to Reproduce
When I run or debug web version, either with Chrome or Edge there will be long (>10s) wait after this is printed to debug window:
Launching lib\main.dart on Chrome in debug mode...
Waiting for connection from debug service on Chrome...
No chrome.exe or other processes are started during this wait. The CPU and disk are idle.
