Add a tool for debugging navigation

Hi i m a novice coder and i find lot of problems with navigator stack and i would like for it to be displayed with it's history and thank

I believe these are just properties that were accidentally removed from the debugFillProperties for the Navigator widget. The good news is @pq has written a lint rule that helps us detect and fix these missing properties. I'll let you know when we detect and fix these missing properties.

This seems like a good candidate for a DevTools extension. Perhaps routing packages like go_router could provide a tool for debugging the flutter routing / navigation.
