Deleted Key + Yubikey

I know there is a lot of issue like this

But then how can I claim, I use to delete my key really often, most of the time my key is generated by gitkraken, and I'm using yubikey

I connect to Github with https. I rarly use ssh keys

Similar issue here, I rotated keys recently, and REVOK'd my old key (which also included deleting it), AND I'm running on a Yubikey. Now i could reverse engineer the script to work with a yubikey, but I can't work around this metadata containing a rather old key of mine.
