Adding torrents using hash

Will there be a functionality where we can add torrents using a hash? In the documentation this feature is still TODO. Or maybe there is a work around that can be used?

Hi @iliasbukraa, unfortunately I don't have time to actively work on this at the moment. However, if you want to go ahead and make a PR to add this method, I would gladly review it.
