[NOTICE] Ending support for Ubuntu 20.04

Since Ubuntu 20.04 has reached end of life on May 31, 2025, the support for Ubuntu 20.04 will also end in RDK v1.9 release. Please consider upgrading your development/deployment environment to Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04. Thanks for your understanding.
