[NOTICE] Migrating to Git LFS

In order to increase cloning speed, a repo cleanup is scheduled to take place after the v1.9 release. Some large files stored in the repo's git history will be migrated to Git LFS. The migration will result in rewriting of the repo's git history and removal of the v0.x branch. It is recommended to re-clone the repo after v1.9 release. Thanks for your understanding.
