Define Tidy3D Components

Basically, create a document explaining the various types of Tidy3D objects that exist and how they interact.

For example: Dataset objects can be imported into Source and other objects, but MonitorData can not.

I should put together a page or diagram explaining how everything fits together with a bit more specificity.
