Installation still giving me errors

Hi Guys,

Current OS: macOS Catalina Version 10.15.6

I have no idea what I am doing wrong, keeps saying the file needs to be move to the trash. Is someone able to guide me on this?

I was able to resolve this by running xattr -cr /Applications/PROM.app in the terminal, and then reopening the app.
