Vulnerability with ws dependency

Hi, I have the following deps in my project,

├─┬ [email protected] │ └─┬ [email protected] ws is subject to a critical vulnerability. ws has been updated and the issue has been fixed in these releases @7.5.10, @8.17.1

Looks like Dependabot tried to fix this but the CI failed: https://github.com/firebase/firebase-tools/pull/7345
