Add a way to disable the warning "No App Check token for request"

Open ThomasGysemans opened this issue 3 years ago • 2 comments

What feature would you like to see?

A way to disable the warning "No App Check token for request" when I don't use it.

Printing "No App Check token for request" is just annoying, besides when I search for info or questions about it, i find more posts asking for how to disable this thing rather than explanations on how to use it correctly...

Anyways, i'm tired to see millions of times this sentence in my console...

W/NetworkRequest(23011): No App Check token for request.

How would you use it?

I don't know, i guess it depends on the framework

I couldn't figure out how to label this issue, so I've labeled it for a human to triage. Hang tight.

Hi @CodoPixel, thanks for the request. I've marked this as a feature request so that our engineers can take a look at this when they have the time. Thanks!

I enabled AppCheck, then I disabled it.

Now I cannot upload to Firebase Storage. Now I get this warning: "No App Check token for request."

Hi @malhobayyeb, it looks like your issue is different from the feature request being filed here. That said, could you file a new issue with our template regarding your concern so we can address it properly? Thanks.
