updating comments for VibrateTimingsMillis and defaultVibrateTiming

This PR is intended to update the comments for VibrateTimingsMillis and defaultVibrateTimings as the names changed from vibrate_timings to VibrateTimingsMillis and default_vibrate_timings to defaultVibrateTimings
