defaultSupportedIdpConfigs.list is not implemented in the Auth Emulator

Steps to reproduce:

Using the Go SDK, I created a tenant, enabled the "google.com" auth provider and added a user to it. I then tried listing the configured providers for the users with a GET to the following endpoint

http://127.0.0.1:33167/identitytoolkit.googleapis.com/v2/projects/[tenantID]/defaultSupportedIdpConfigs?key=[apikey]

But receive:

error:501 message:identitytoolkit.projects.defaultSupportedIdpConfigs.list is not implemented in the Auth Emulator. reason:unimplemented

How can I list the enabled providers for a particular tenant/user?
