Fix cycle stopping after successful record update if not using telegram notification.

This should fix the issue reported in #23 .

When a record is successfully updated and telegram notifications are turned off, we should continue to the next record instead of exiting.

I was thinking of creating the exact same pull request. spent so much time trying to fix this issue today as I have forgot almost all code about bash already. if the pull request has been active, problem should not have persisted to my end.
