TAWG to opine and triage dependency PRs

Hi @LionelSG-REGnosys These are auto generated dependency issues. I have discussed with REGnosys in the past but no real consensus was reached. It was more of an ad-hoc requirement i.e. when these issues pop up address them at that stage. I am also no longer the chair of the TAWG and the meetings have been postponed pending direction from the SWG. I will reassign this back to you as we probably need to take to the SWG for discussion on what needs to be done for these going forward. Thanks!

Discussed and agreed that we need to perform some analysis to determine which items can be pushed straight through, which need to be reviewed before acceptance, and which are not really related to the TAWG/CDM e.g. the website updates.

Suggested topic for the next TAWG: go through the current PRs and work out what we need to do.
