This is a simple change - to add a link to the CDM Object Builder to the top right hand corner of the CDM documentation page at https://cdm.finos.org/docs/home/.

However, the CDM Object Builder is currently undocumented. We have a task on our backlog to write the documentation; perhaps this link should be integrated with the documentation instead, once this is created?
