This is a small version bump to already deprecated lib. Should we upgrade everything instead? Vue3?

Yeah, vue3+nuxt3 seems a good stable way to go next. And maybe tailwind in mind instead buefy. If you really want to use a library I would recomend vuetify or quasar (or even the new Nuxt UI, its pretty good).
