Expose descriptive error messages

Particularly for snapshots, as the error message can actually be acted upon by users. Indicating that an atlas failed due to a timeout is also useful information and can lead to using a different style.

Also, it would be useful if administrators had an easy way to see descriptive error messages for recently-failed atlases and snapshots.

Sentry exposes this. Not the most convenient, but it includes stack traces if available.
