Method to use Read Aloud with System Narrator

Opening a resource and choosing "Read Aloud" crashes Logos. I am assuming it is because there is no System Narrator in Wine. Is there any method to make this feature work?

There are guides which show how to install and set up other apps which use text to speech. I guess they use the same API calls but I've never succeeded with Logos. Best I can do is use a firefox or chrome plugin and the web app for text to speech. I am interested in trying to get it going though. Just not sure what to try next.
