Add a "Releases Tab" for Repositories

Features:

  • add a "releases" tab for each repository, and make it available through a button inside the Repository Tab
  • show drafted releases about a selected repository (total numbers, names) similar to "Tag List"
  • draft a new release directly from Godot Editor
