Action source is cut off
Open the driller on the Spotter magnifying glass. Double-click the BrButton in the element tree to get an inspector to the button. Click on the Action tab and note that the block for the action only shows params. This happens with other buttons as well.
The issue is not really that the source is cut off (a display issue). The logic of the view can't introspect into the correct code behind that button for some reason, probably because the action is set in a different way (than maybe setting it in action slot of the BrButtonModel). That view is showing initialization of BrButtonModel that sets the action to 'nothing', but we know it's clearly not 'nothing'.
But agree such a view aids in discoverability and should work consistently on all buttons
@girba, if there is no intent to make this work for some actions, should I close this?
How does it work? We define two views, one for a button model action, another one for dropdown definitions.
