Feathr Client instance requires a config_path even when all environement variables are set

While trying to create a client instance, we see below error if no config path is passed (please see screenshot for the error message)

The error goes away if we call it like below (but the config path should be optional):

[jainr]

Hello, I am looking at this bug and not able to reproduce on the latest version. Can you please provide the feathr version you are using?
