Fix plugin for newer versions of parcel

This fixes this package to work with [email protected].

it also bumps a lot of the version numbers, since the older versions failed to compile.

There are also other changes, made with the goal of getting it to compile.

I've tested this with parcel build and parcel serve. Both work fine.
