I've gone through the doc and modified all the links and content as necessary to update with the V2 documentation and your YouTube walkthru. You can see the notebook here and the diff from the original in nbdev1 (note there are a couple of deck_of_cards refs that i fixed in the most recent commit)

Let me know if you have any comments or requests for changes.

I haven't yet updated the screenshot images (the first one requires a screenshot taken by a fastai admin). But if the content looks good here, let me know, I'll add in the relevant screenshot images and then add example.ipynb to the nbs directory in nbdev and create a PR referencing this issue.
