Lesson 1 links - 404

Hey guys, just noticed that all the lesson 1 anchor text under the green Get Started Box on https://course.fast.ai/ are linking to 404 error page.

The same problem happens for the "freely available" anchor text which links to https://course.fast.ai/Resources/book.md

I noticed the same thing.

FYI the lession 1 links point to https://course.fast.ai/Lessons/lesson1.md but seem like they should actually point to https://course.fast.ai/Lessons/lesson1 or https://course.fast.ai/Lessons/lesson1.html.

Perhaps it's a small bug with how extensions are handled when building the lessons?
