A couple of links don't work

Two links did not work for me. These are the replacements that I used:

Thanks for reporting. I fixed the page rank one, but the Dijkstra links seems to be working for me, can you double check?

Yes. The problem persists. Here is the message from Firefox:

It may entirely be due to my IP address, internet provider, country or other circumstances though.

We can close the issue if it's not an issue for other people, I got hold of a copy of the paper.
