大佬，能不能搭个脚手架，自己弄的环境一直报错起不来

I'm having the same issue. One thing I did was change tsconfig of this:

@gustfm experimentalDecorators: true is for Decorator stage-2, useDefineForClassFields: true is for stage-3, so don't use them together.
