[RN][CI] Remove CCI jobs that are on GHA

Summary:

With the migration to GHA, we can remove all the duplicated jobs from CircleCI. These are the only 4 jobs remained to migrate

Changelog:

[Internal] - Remove all the jobs already migrated to GHA

Test Plan:

CCI is green
