flipper Can't load plugins with error `Failed while retrieving marketplace plugins TypeError: Failed to fetch`

🐛 Bug Report

Using Flipper (0.147.1, 0.146.x), I can't see the plugins in the Plugin manger. After checking the logs I found the following error [Failed while retrieving marketplace plugins TypeError: Failed to fetch] I've tried diff network connections, and it's reproducible across any.

To Reproduce

For me, it can be reproduced by just opening flipper.

Flipper: (0.147.1, 0.146.x). Mac OS: 12.1

@aigoncharov I've update to latest 0.149.0 and the same issue is there, any ideas how to address this?

I am having the same issue!

And I have this message as well for the Reactotron plugin. Plugin 'Reactotron' is not supported by the selected application

Any ideas?

0.239.0 I'm having this problem, also, in the window title says "Unsupported" and No application selected, but i can see app logs and use react devtools
