[BUG] User feedbacks for insights do not stick in the stack report

Describe the bug After clicking on the thumbs up or thumbs down icon as feedbacks on Add-ons card, if a user clicks on a different card in the stack report and re-enters Add-ons, the selected feedback icons are not kept highlighted.

Expected behavior The given feedbacks should be kept highlighted between the cards.
