There's already quite a bit of [integration work between WordPress and JSXC](https://github.com/jsxc/jsxc/wiki/Install-jsxc-%28WordPress%29), so using this in Buoy would mostly mean styling and wiring up the user interface.

I've sent an email to the Where@ project to see if they're interested in helping with this.

.3gpp files are actually video containers, too. Might be better to merge "audio" with "video" in the UI for this anyhow. Good issue for a UX specialist to look into.

I found a supporting plugin with a responsive developer: (yellowtree/wp-geoip-detect#21) and am experimenting with using that plugin to help complete this feature.
