cookies must be activated in your browser message appearing in report file

Windows 10 Pro v 1909 Google Chrome v 85.0.4183.121 Internet Explorer 11 Microsoft Edge Chrome, Edge, IE 11 all set to 'Allow all cookies' Extent Reports version 4.1.0 (CSharp)

I receive a popup warning at the bottom of the report file saying 'In order to be able to provide our services in the best possible way, cookies must be activated in your browser. Please activate cookies in the properties of your browsers. So you can do it in Google Chrome or Firefox'

As far as I can tell cookies are enabled in the browser, but with this message I'm unable to view the content of the report unless I inspect the DOM - which is not good.

Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks

Here is a screenshot of this issue. Seems random, some test groups I run don't get this but others do
