Card Carousel with Controls/Indicators

Context

SphinxDesign supports Card Carousels, however, ist seems having a horizontal scroll bar underneeth is the only option. Do you see any chance to support Controls or Indicators and without the scroll bar?

I was looking for a feature for something like "stacked cards". Supporting the mentioned features would be really useful!
