Use allcontributors-bot?

While contributing to sphinx-copybutton I was reading your dev-conventions, which are really nice 😄 When reading the communication section and I saw

Offer encouragement for things done well, don’t just point out mistakes

I thought you might also be interested in the tool allcontributors, which IMHO is a great way to show appreciation for all kinds of contributions. Admittedly backtracking all kinds of contributions, especially for older projects with many contributors, might be a lot of work and some contributions will be missed for sure. But for new projects it might be worth a shot 😉

I quite like the all contributors bot. We tried to start using this in jupyterhub/ a while back and found it to be a little bit buggy to work with (I think we tried to add new contributor tags but this didn't work at all?). So in the end we just let core contributors choose their own AC icons and added it manually to our team page: https://jupyterhub-team-compass.readthedocs.io/en/latest/team.html#jupyterhub-team
