Issue on page /content/citations.html

The "contents" menu, that should be in the right sidebar, is displayed at the bottom of the page. Perhaps an update installed the wrong version of docutils? After a recent update, we found that we also have to force pydata-sphinx-theme==0.13.3 as the 0.14 version changes the contents menu layout (though it did not move it).
