Trouble understanding how to handle logo size

Hello,

Thank you for the great package ! I was beginning to look at sphinx templates and I realized that what you are offering on top of sphinx ticks a lot of boxes for me.

I have some trouble understanding how to have a properly rendered logo. I did not find any parameter controling the size in the layout. But no matter what image size and format I use for the logo, I end up having something too small. Could it be coming from the fact that it's a square? There is no problem with the classic jupyter book logo from the template though.

What are the guidelines for the logo file? Is there any configuration parameter that I missed?

Same issue, logo is square and results always too small in the navbar. Not sure where the size is dictated.
