Remove copyright
Describe the problem/need and solution
Context For internal sites, adding a copyright does not always make sense and adds a little bit of distraction in the footer. I'd like to remove it.
Problem / Idea
I tried setting copyright to "" but, unlike when I do this for author, this leaves some text on the page.
Solution
Support copyright explicitly set to empty to mean removing this line in the footer.
Benefit This would benefit the people trying keep footers clean when copyright info is not required on every page.
Guide for implementation
Per above, in _config.yaml accept copyright: "" to mean don't add copyright information in the footer.

Hmm, if I set copyright to "", I think I get no text appearing there.

The customized footer you see in the footer can be achieved like so:
html:
extra_footer : |
<div>
<a href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/"><img src="https://licensebuttons.net/l/by-nc-sa/3.0/88x31.png"></a>
All content on this site (unless otherwise specified) is licensed under the <a href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/">CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license</a>
</div>
The copyright line can be hidden with
sphinx:
config:
html_show_copyright: false

Maybe this option could be a bit more discoverable.
@tfiers's solution above solves this nicely.
