after i flash my sd card with the pwnagotchi .img file it no longer shows up on my computer

since it doesnt show on my computer I cant add the config file, I'm using rufus to flash it

Try using BalenaEtcher and turn off eject when done or just unplug and plug your usb back in.

Or you can just connect pwnagotchi to computer using data port. Set static IP for it. (10.0.0.1) SSH into it and sudo nano /etc/pwnagotchi/config.toml and you can edit config file and it will bring the changes after reboot. (sudo reboot)

Right away you can add your bt-tether config to connect by your phone trough Bluetooth using for example Termius app (iOS) and then you will not be dependent on the PC.

It will be hard to access SD Card after flashing from windows but if I had to try it I will use WSL.
