Feature Request: Simple Time-Out plugin

For some players with more complex controls, it would be great to have the Time-Out feature of OneSwitch Pulse without any of the additional functions.

i.e. the same as OneSwitch Pulse, but stripping out everything apart from...

• Outputs: Timeout Button (with dropdown menu of choices)...
• Timeout (if no input activity for this time, hit Timeout Button)
• Timout warning.

For this one, it would be good if the feature defaulted as on all the time when in an active profile.

This would enable them to use every control at their disposal for a game, and just let-go of everything for a pre-set length of time, to then jump them out of the profile.

This would work with JoyToKey, and I imagine would work within UCR itself (e.g. pulse a short-cut that triggers a profile switcher).

I would probably want to put this in the existing plugin - I would like to avoid having to maintain multiple versions of Pulse if at all possible. Will look into this when I can get the time.
