fix(readme): removes unnecessary discussion

The discussion of potential timing bugs caused by requestAnimationFrame use, while interesting, was factually deficient, and only serves to distract from the point being made.

@runspired I think readers would be interested in more information regarding what was factually deficient (and why) before this change could possibly be accepted.
