Hi @SamWilsn, could you help me re-open this PR? I don't seem to have access (also cannot allow you to edit as maintainer it seems).

Is anyone actively championing this ERC? It would be great to get this onto the ERCs site if it is being actively developed. It is currently only here in this PR.

This should probably be merged. My understanding is it has been adopted and deployed by a number of protocols so it would be unfortunate to lose the spec in a closed PR.
yes we should merge it. It's currently blocked on a [Continuous Integration / HTMLProofer (pull_request)](https://github.com/ethereum/ERCs/actions/runs/11754642599/job/32748835806?pr=89), can someone from the author group fix this breakage to unblock approval?
