EIP-7777: SuperFuse — Atomic Liquidity Booster

This proposal introduces a new DeFi standard that fuses Vault, Swap, and Liquidity actions into a single atomic transaction. It reduces gas costs, improves composability, and simplifies user experience while remaining ERC-20 compatible.
