Undefined offset in PartsLegacy model

Description

I'm getting an undefined offset: 0 error in the PartsLegacy model at line 160. What can I do to help you understand and fix the issue? DB dump?

Steps to reproduce

1. Access any property of the simplemap fieldtype on the frontend (in my case I'm accessing it trough an element api function.
