Stop polling when getting Unauthorized/Not Found(token errors)

Unauthorised error may lead to stop polling, because there is no way to revive bot with the same token.

I think it's a translation error and they're agreeing that it should lead to polling being stopped because you can't continue with the same token so there's no point in retrying.
