Add filtering tools to reduce noise

It'd be great to be able to filter messages based on type. For example, we'd like messages for a repository that are:

• new diffs
• accept/request change to diff
• closed diff

but not:

• added comment
• added inline comment
• updated diff
• updated summary

Let me know if there's a way to do this already and I just missed it :)
