Give more feedback on LGTM status of a CL

Some of my CL (https://codereview.chromium.org/771723002 for example) requires LGTM from more than one OWNERS however, when I check the dashboard view, the status is green (https://codereview.chromium.org/).

I can get the list of LGTM by hovering on the status, but it does not list the missing OWNERS and have to navigate to the issue to see whether I can land it or if I still need to wait.

Could it be possible to use another state (maybe orange) if the CL has still not received LGTM from all reviewers listed in the to: field?
