Svelte support

Clear and concise description of the problem

I would like intergrated support for svelte, kinda like how the react one exists

The solution you'd like

Add a new module called @eslint-kit/svelte which you can use

My entire project uses svelte

Hello, thank you for this suggestion =) But currently ESLint Kit needs some big improvements, i'm working on them at the moment. I'll try to add svelte config when I finish.
