MongooseIM HTTP API returns 500 when resource not found

MongooseIM version: 3.3.0 Installed from: source Erlang/OTP version: Erlang/OTP 21 [erts-10.3.2] [source] [64-bit] [smp:12:12] [ds:12:12:10] [async-threads:1] [hipe] [dtrace]

Relates to #2256 , when resource not exists (including non exist API endpoint) MongooseIM should return 404, but returns 500 and a crash log.
